Music has always been part of my life.
My maternal grandfather (Nana Ji) was a dedicated musician. He played piano, harmonium, violin, and many other string instruments. He also composed and wrote songs. He worked with Prithviraj Kapoor and contributed his own music to the play Rustam-e-Sohrab at Siri Fort Auditorium. He also traveled to Mumbai and played piano and harmonium in Prithviraj Kapoor’s productions.
I still remember visiting his home and seeing a beautiful upright piano. I watched him tune and maintain it with great care. That is where my journey began. I became curious about how a piano works and what tuning truly means.
His dedication inspired me to learn piano tuning and repair. I learned from him, and over time that curiosity became a passion. Today, it is my profession.
At Vohra Piano, I combine traditional knowledge with modern techniques to deliver high-quality piano services. I also work with Yamaha.
